I would like to share an important decision with you. As many of you know, I truly love creating beautiful cakes for your special celebrations, and I put my heart into every single order.

Unfortunately, I have recently experienced several issues with deliveries that did not arrive in the condition I intended. While every cake leaves my kitchen in perfect shape, what happens during transportation is outside of my control and can sometimes affect the final result.

For this reason, I have decided to discontinue delivery services for the time being. My top priority is making sure you receive your order exactly as it was designed and prepared.

Moving forward, all orders will need to be picked up by the customer or someone they trust.

Thank you so much for your understanding, support, and continued trust in my business. I truly appreciate being part of your special moments. ❤️

Quiero compartir con ustedes una decisión importante. Como muchos saben, mi pasión es crear pasteles hermosos y especiales para sus celebraciones, y siempre pongo todo mi corazón en cada uno de ellos.

Lamentablemente, he tenido varias experiencias recientes con entregas que no han llegado en las condiciones que yo esperaba. Aunque los pasteles salen de mi cocina en perfecto estado, el transporte está fuera de mi control y eso puede afectar el resultado final.

Por esa razón, he decidido dejar de ofrecer servicio de delivery por el momento. Mi prioridad es asegurarme de que reciban sus pedidos exactamente como fueron diseñados y preparados.

A partir de ahora, todos los pedidos deberán recogerse en persona o por alguien de su confianza.
