Anyone who has taken the Food Managers Certification class and exam from Sanitation Connections in the past 6 months know about the addition of sesame seed to the big 8 now 9 in food allergy list.

actually I am attending a coarse from the National Restaurant Association about the new 2022 food code. I wouldn't worry about it getting adopted immediately but it's good to keep up to date.

Speaking of keeping up to date. Do you need re certification or your first certification? we are setting up a class
