Hi, I’m Lisa! (Aka Mom) 👋

You’ve gotten to know Gabrielle a little, so now it’s my turn! Here’s a little bit about the other person behind the bagels.

❤️I have been married for 32 years (this fall) and have 2 adult children + a son in law and 2 pretty awesome grandkids.
🛳️ I am an avid cruiser and have been on 12 so far (hopefully, booking one soon!).
🌊 The beach is my happy place, although I don’t really love to swim.
🎬 My late night guilty pleasure is cheesy Hallmark movies, especially the Christmas ones.
🎤 Music is a big part of my life. I love singing, going to concerts, and seeing local bands.
🎢 I’m a rollercoaster person…the twistier, the better!
☀️ My favorite season is summer! Unlike most people, I love the heat!

I might not be the one you see on here quite as often, but I’m always behind the scenes helping make it all happen. 🥯❤️

This is probably long overdue but….

Hi I’m Gabrielle (or Gabby)👋

I am 1 of 2 people behind Better Days Bagel Co. You probably already know the bagels by now so it’s time for a little about me!

❤️ I am a mom of 2 (ages 4 and 1)
👩‍🍳 I started baking with my mom and grandmother when I was young and love all kinds of baking.
📚I am a big romance reader and if it’s a good book I will finish it in less than 24 hours
🕷️I love Spiderman and more recently binged all Marvel/Avengers movies
⁉️ I am a chronic over-thinker (I’m probably overthinking this post right now)
🎵I LOVE music and almost always have music playing in the house, car, or when I’m outside with my kids
🍂My favorite season is fall for the comfort food, leggings and sweatshirts, pumpkin picking, apple picking, cooler weather…I mean really what isn’t good about fall?

I’ve always wanted Better Days Bagel Co. to be a little more than just a business. I want you to know the real people behind the bagels, not just the products we make. So you might occasionally see a little more of me around here too!

What a weekend! 🥯☀️

Two markets, SO many bagels (this picture is just a small glimpse of how much we baked!), and so much support!

A huge thank you to my aunt for spending the last two nights helping us prep for the weekend, and to my mom (the other half of Better Days Bagel Co.) and my dad for running the Hingham market yesterday while I stayed home to set up for my son’s birthday party. I’m so grateful for the people behind Better Days Bagel Co. who are always willing to jump in and help make these weekends happen. ❤️

And of course, a HUGE thank you to everyone who came out, supported us, and took home some bagels this weekend!

Feeling very lucky, very tired, and very thankful. 🥯☀️
