After being diagnosed with celiac disease, I spent years missing out on birthday cake, pizza nights, cinnamon rolls, and the simple joy of walking into a bakery without fear.

What started as a dream in my home became Southern Delights by Michele, a place where people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or anyone who simply loves great food can walk in and feel safe.

Every cookie, every cupcake, every pizza, every cinnamon roll is made in our 100% dedicated gluten-free kitchen because I know what it’s like to wonder if a meal will make you sick.
