I call these delicious little thumbprint cookies filled with jam or nuts my Texas tea cookies. Baked fresh with your choice of jams or nuts. My personal favorite is raspberry. You can also choose strawberry, apricot, peach, pecans, walnut, or lemon-filled. I even think jalapeño jam would be delicious with these little buttery tea cakes 😋.
