To our valued customers:
Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we will no longer have in dining service. Our tables and chairs have been removed from the cafe. We will be continuing our regular ordering service, call in/take out, and delivery within a 7 mile radius of our store.
In addition, our “self-serve” coffee station has been changed. You will purchase your cups at the counter and pour your own coffee. Sugar, milk, straws, etc will be behind the counter. Please ask an associate for these items.
Please note:
We have been taking extra precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our customers and their families. We are carefully utilizing bleach products as well as other sanitizing products on all surfaces, handles, etc. We can all work together to stay healthy.

Just want to say thank you to Bagel Hut. My son and his friends were there this morning for breakfast. My son had an issue with his card and he wasn’t able to make a purchase. Thank you so much for giving him his bagel anyway. It was the first time I let him sleep out since the pandemic and He was really stuck due to the weather and not being too close to home. You don’t know my son, but he’s a good kid and always looks to help whoever needs it. Thanks Bagel Hut!!!!! ❤️
I took a real estate course in the same mall as Bagel Hut. They had the advantage of being the only place around for a couple of miles to get lunch. I was taking the real estate course to try to better myself as I have a disability, and I wanted to get work which would allow my time to be somewhat flexible. I had my Service Dog with me, which the real estate company giving the course can attest was a professional Service Dog and incredibly well-behaved, monitoring and alerting me appropriately and quietly during classes several hours long. When I went in to Bagel Hut with my Service Dog, I was told by the male owner that I was not welcome, and I had to leave. I told him my dog is a Service Dog and that, under the law, he could not ask us to leave. Although my dog was identified with a vest, I was asked for further proof of identity, which is against the law as it reveals my private information; yet, I provided it so I could eat lunch. I ate lunch and found a hair in my food, and wondered if this was done to me on purpose because they did not want me to come back. In spite of the fact that the owner and staff are very uninformed and in the Dark Ages regarding people with disabilities and SD law, I went back the next day, as I needed to eat lunch, and there was nowhere else around as we only got half an hour for lunch and I didn't have time to travel. Given the nature of my disability, it is crucial that I eat at regular times throughout the day. Again, I was told to leave by a staff member and went through the same conversation as the day before. The owner stood nearby, listened for a while, and then entered the conversation, telling me that SD's were not allowed as "some customers might be allergic." I told him that I have a hypoallergenic dog that does not shed (Poodle). He didn't care. In any case, people with SD's are to be provided access under the law. That someone might be allergic is not an excuse to turn us away. This time, I was charged double for my food, which I was taking out to eat on the curb. When I pointed the additional charge out, I had a very difficult time getting the cashier to refund me. She made me wait again on a long line of people ahead of me. Finally, I got back up to the cashier, and while I was standing there waiting for my refund for being charged double, she was making me wait and waiting on other customers. If they didn't want a SD in their store, why make me wait so long? I think they are abusive of people with disabilities, that is why. Owner may be from a different country (as he has a heavy accent) where perhaps people are not tolerant of people with disabilities and are not accustomed to accommodations for such people. Finally, I got my refund. In spite of the fact of how good people are writing the food is, I wish people would take a stand against a business that would treat anyone the way I was treated. People like me with genuine and legitimate SD's and diagnosed disabilities would appreciate it very much if people were to stand up for us and tell the owner that what he did was wrong, and that they would suggest he not treat people with disabilities in the manner I was treated. Most people have someone with a disability in their family. Think of how you would feel if that person was treated the way I was. If you don't have someone yet with a disability in your family, you may have a grandchild some day who is born with one. The world should be a better place. Bagel Hut does not make it a better place, and doesn't try. They do, in fact, the opposite.
