Our last Sourdough and brioche-making course was an absolutely fantastic time, and way to celebrate Mother's Day. We couldn't wait until next Mother's Day to host this class again at the Dough HQ kitchen.

In this class, you’ll build your own sourdough starter, shape and bake a seeded sourdough loaf, and create a blueberry cheesecake brioche to take home. A glass of bubbles, canapés, and platters provided.

We LOVE hosting classes in the Dough HQ kitchen... so naturally we're running more.

We have a pizza and tiramisu-making class coming up on Saturday, 20 June. This session will give you the confidence to be able to whip-up homemade pizza bases at home. Chef Tim Tracey will then teach you how to make a delicious tiramisu so you can create a full Italian feast.

We’ve launched another famous Dough Bakery cooking class: Pizza & Tiramisu. Learn how to make the ultimate pizza dough (with toppings, of course) in Dough Bakery’s HQ kitchen.

This session will give you the confidence to be able to whip-up homemade pizza bases at home, from scratch. Chef Tim Tracey will then teach you how to make a decadent tiramisu so you can create a full Italian feast. Drinks, canapes and platters are all provided 🥂
