One of my favourite pastries to make and eat this season! It’s light, packed with flavour and nutrients, yet still very scrumptious - it always hits the spot!

Banoffee Donut 🍌 how can you say no to that oozing caramel 😍

Brioche donut coated with a thin vanilla glaze, filled with caramel, bananas and cream. Finished with buttercream, caramel drizzle and chocolate shavings.

Freshly made early every day so that you can enjoy them in the early morning, noon or afternoon 💝

Last night’s bake ✨🌝
Some of the beautiful pastries Chanukie and I made last night/early this morning!

Shaping, baking, frying, decorating, yarning, drinking lots of coffee, and taking photos 💝

Being a baker has to be one of the hardest jobs out there - so challenging on the body, with the craziest working hours - but it’s so damn nice to do what you love and are passionate about!

Spent the night singing while making all the baked goods and thought of each and every one of you enjoying them in the early morning… baking with love, that is!
Having an amazing team in the morning to prep all the beautiful doughs, and beautiful company at night/early morning to finish off all the products, it’s a dream team ❤️

Hope you all had an amazing day, and if you came to see us today, we hope you enjoyed those pastries we made with lots of love!

Crunchy, fresh green salad, fresh herbs, crispy tofu schnitzel, chilli chutney, herb mayo and chimichurri sauce in our pillowy house-made poppy seed bun.

It’s soooo good! Healthy and balanced - even if you’re not a tofu person, trust us you’ll LOVE this one!
