Our Pork Belly Bagel has been a beauty - Choppedbutchery pork belly glazed with 100% Pure New Zealand honey, loaded into a house-made charcoal bagel with poached eggs and béarnaise sauce. 🤤

After bikepacking the course, we hosted a little test run with seven riders… which meant we could start from The Waimate Bakery

The sun shone, the riders rode clockwise, without a headwind, but a couple of swims in the fords on course…

The excitement grew and all of a sudden we had more than 7 people keen…

SCOFF kicks off this Friday and we’ve got something seriously tasty lined!

Our SCOFF special is a Pork Belly Bagel - Chopped Butchery pork belly glazed with 100% Pure NZ Honey, served in our house-made charcoal bagel with poached eggs and béarnaise sauce. 🥯🍳

And we love that it brings together some great local producers - Choppedbutchery and 100purenewzealandhoney 🙌

SCOFF is the perfect excuse to get out, eat local and try something a little different. Make sure this one’s on your list!
