Another beautiful birthday catering done which had our famous catering packs of Chicken Buns, Beef Mince Samosas, Aloo Samosas.

Everyone loved the food, the best compliment I received was ‘I can taste the freshness of bun, that they have just freshly baked’

After successful bbq we are coming with Live Street Food and not to be mistaken there will be all your favourites buns, breads, paratha rolls, biryani, Nihari plus desserts and chai those were really missed last time.

Over the weekend got the pleasure of catering for Pakistan High Commission New Zealand in honour of a veteran Pakistani television actress Uzma Gillani.

Menu was Chicken Biryani and Lamb Korma.

Another beautiful cake done this weekend. Thank you so much Ekta New Zealand Inc for giving me an opportunity to make my country flag cake for Independence Day celebration.

Happy Pakistan’s Independence Day with this heaviest cake I have ever made weigh more than 8kg and flavour was Vanilla Cake with fresh cream and buttercream icing.

Loved doing every bit of the cake from colour to star and moon. 🇵🇰
