I should probably not forget the most important person that I love to bake for, my Husband Marc! His absolute favourite is a tiramisu cake but as we all know life and baking can go wrong when you soak a sponge in coffee liquer!

There is always a plan and a way to rescue the pieces and still create something yummy! Instead of a tiramisu cake we had a tiramisu trifle!
