🥖 BREAD BAKING WORKSHOP 1
Learn the art of traditional Filipino bread-making from scratch. Take home the skills and techniques to make our special Pandesal and super soft Honey Bread. As a bonus, we’ll also teach you how to make the all-time favourite Kababayan Bread.

🍰 BASIC BAKING CLASS
Having a strong foundation is key to a successful baking career. Learn the proper way to measure ingredients, various baking methods and techniques for basic cakes and icings, and how to consistently produce delicious, mouth-watering cakes.

You’ll learn to make:
• Lemon Chiffon Cake with Marshmallow Icing
• Chocolate Cake with Ganache Icing
• Butter Cake with Buttercream Icing
