Thanks to everyone who came down and supported us today at the Eat Street market! ❤️

It was great to hear the feedback from people enjoying our baking. We almost completely sold out!

Apart from the wind it was a great day and very much grateful to see the lovely sunshine come out again!

See you back there again on the 18th October ❤️

Open to suggestions for cake flavours if anyone has any special requests!

Today we had:
Brownie bites
Stuffed cookies (white chocolate and dark salted caramel)
Vanilla and Passionfruit cake
Chocolate and wildberry cake
Kids cupcakes

The brief for this one was finance and investment banking! 💵

The cake was a no refined sugar carrot cake. And I have to say when I tried the cake tops I trimmed off, I enjoyed this cake better than my normal carrot cake.

Sugar wise I used coconut sugar which gave it a lovely caramel flavour.

The money was made with photo paper and held on with fondant.

The little money bag was fondant with a hand painted gold $ symbol.

I added choccy coins on top and sides which I’m impressed they had them in stock as I just assumed they were for Xmas time!

The arrow on the side to signify the stock market which was made from fondant.

On the actual cake I did a small sweep of blue buttercream on the base and then a few piping additions to tie all the components in.

The brief: Farmer themed cake with the blue tractor as the centre piece

Ok! Got it!

What we did:

- some grass piping details
- green shell piping
- cowhide details
- marshmallow hay bales
- custom cake topper from Cake Warehouse
- farm gate (which is hard to see)

Chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream! 🍫

Cake weighed a tonne! Almost a two person lift 😅
