For the few Fijians seeing this, you know who this lady is, she has been in the food space for more than 30 years and still continues to do the hard yards in Fiji.

Tracy has always been an influence of mine at such an early stage of life, as wee little as a 8 or 9 year old baby Bert.

From having my first job as a DVD salesman, going around the corner of a complex mall to buy her cakes to landing my first job as a trainee student, Tracy has somehow been around each corner of my culinary journey.
