A little burst of summer on a winter's day. ❤️✨

Fresh, vibrant raspberries bringing the perfect pop of colour to this simple and elegant cake. Nestled amongst swirls of silky buttercream, they're proof that sometimes the most beautiful decorations come straight from nature.

Winter might be grey outside, but there's always room for something bright, fresh and delicious on the table. 🍰❄️

The best way to finish off a birthday weekend? With cake, champagne, cats... and absolutely no problems! 🥂🐈✨

This beauty was created for one of my lovely regular customers celebrating the big 4-0 (shhhh don't tell anyone!). Featuring a no-added-gluten lemon syrup cake filled with my homemade lemon curd and cream cheese icing, it's the perfect balance of sweet, tangy and delicious. 🍋💛

And can we take a moment for that topper? The fabulous custom design was created by the incredibly talented Jess at Ashwood Lane and tied the whole theme together perfectly.

Now, if only I'd thought to photograph it against a better background before it headed off to the party! 😅

Topped with a campervan carved out of cake and covered with fondant this was something a little different from a traditional birthday cake.

🐰💕 Just the sweetest little bunny for a very special first birthday! 💕🐰

This pretty-in-pink cake was covered in delicate blossoms, pearls and a gorgeous bunny image that was lovingly designed by Sophia's mum to make her daughter's celebration extra special. ✨

I always love when families bring their own creative ideas to a cake – it makes the finished design even more meaningful and unique. And how adorable is that little bunny in her pink bow and tutu? 🩰🌸

🎂🎉 Two cakes. Two personalities. Double the fun! 🎉🎂

When siblings have birthdays just days apart, why choose one theme when you can have two? 😍

For this joint celebration, each birthday star got a cake that was uniquely theirs:

🛹 An 8th birthday chocolate cake featuring a skateboard theme, chocolate drip, sprinkles and all the cool vibes.

🌼 A 6th birthday vanilla cake filled with strawberry buttercream and decorated with daisies, leaves and buzzing little bees for a sweet nature-inspired design.

I love creating cakes that reflect each child's personality while still tying together beautifully for a shared celebration. 💛

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to The Hunting Lodge Winery & Restaurant Wedding Open Day yesterday! 💍🍰

It was so lovely meeting you all, hearing about your wedding plans, and chatting about all things cake. I absolutely love being part of this exciting stage of your journey, and it was wonderful to connect with so many amazing couples.
