I’ve done this Dolly Parton themed bridal cookies back in 2023. I thought back then that it was such an incredible theme, filled with true love of women empowerment, friendship, style and elegance. It always amazes me when one single person has so much magic that it lights within millions and millions of hearts around the world, whether you’re into music, cowgirls, movies, or just simply love to everything around you!

I am a long overdue with my yearly ‘mum turns full baker twice a year’ videos!
This year my little one asked for a bunny cake. TBH I could not find a more dreading task than to bake it with everything that was happening at a time. So, Costco Wholesale New Zealand sheet cake was my choice as a canvas!
Honestly, if I can do it, so is everyone haha, so here is the process!

I’m in the middle of the biggest project in my cookie career. But I had to remind myself that I left corporate world to be closer to my family and be there on every random Monday watching their sports/productions/any random event that my mum wasn’t able to see when I was growing up because she had to work hard to provide for me.
I made my cookie business to be at home and be more with my kids, and today is one of those days where I had to remind this to myself.
