I couldn’t take proper photos once they were ready 😅
The chocolate cake was finished with rich chocolate ganache, piped mascarpone, and dulce de leche.
The strawberry cake had an extra layer added, just like in the photo, and was decorated with fresh strawberries and a touch of golden dust 🍓

Don’t throw this away !!!

From one quince, I make TWO incredible things:
a rich quince paste for our alfajores… and this velvety quince elixir 😋

The best part? The elixir comes from what most people discard, the cooking liquid, seeds, and peels (all naturally rich in pectin).

I add lemon, a touch of sugar, and let it ferment for 2 days…
and it turns into the most refreshing, feel-good drink . Probiotic drink 😊

My kids LOVE it and so do we.
