Sea Buckthorn Jam 🍂

We’re starting a new line of house-made jams at Molinå, with flavours that will change from time to time, depending on what’s available and what inspires us.

We’re starting with sea buckthorn, known as tindved in Norwegian. Slowly cooked in-house, it has a bright, naturally tangy flavour that works beautifully with our sourdough breads, cheese or simply enjoyed as part of breakfast.

A new addition to the Molinå kitchen, with more flavours to come.

Agata is in her second year of high school and always on the move! Between her studies, working at Molinå, and her role as a breakfast server, she’s built a passion for customer service.
Agata thrives on a full schedule, but when she does get some free time, she loves spending it with friends over coffee, shopping, or enjoying girls' nights! ✨

He found his passion for baking by accident while working at a zoo, and have worked in a few different bakeries since. 🥨

He’s the kind of person who always has something going on, probably a little too much at times. He’s energetic, passionate, and not exactly known for being the quietest in the room. 🤭
He likes a cortado when it’s hot and an iced Americano when it’s cold. Because apparently, that makes perfect sense. ☕️

He brings plenty of energy, personality and good vibes to Molinå and there’s never a dull moment when he’s around.

Meet Julia! 💁‍♀️

Julia is starting her final year studying sports at Jåttå this fall, so her school days are a little more active than most, while still giving her the qualifications for higher education. 👩‍🎓

In her free time, she tries to keep up with her workouts and get a few good sessions in every week… although she admits she’s not always the best at sticking to the routine 😅

Julia is a very social person who loves keeping busy and always having something going on. She really appreciates her lovely colleagues and all the amazing customers who stop by. 🫶

She genuinely loves working at Molinå, and with her boss being her big sister, all we can say is… sister power! 👭✨
