Hello June 🌿

The start of summer. After busy weeks with Easter and Mother’s Day, the nursery keeps moving. Flowering plants remain an important part of what we do, with new Phalaenopsis varieties coming up. More on that later.

80 jaar Kwekerij Piet Vijverberg 🥂

Tachtig jaar. Een periode waarin generaties elkaar opvolgden, teelten veranderden en het bedrijf stap voor stap uitgroeide tot wat het vandaag is. Wat in 1946 begon met Cornelis Vijverberg als zelfstandig tuinder in Naaldwijk, groeide uit tot een familiebedrijf waarin kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en innovatie nog altijd de rode draad vormen. Inmiddels staat de derde generatie aan het roer en vieren we ons 80-jarig bestaan.

Ter ere van ons jubileum delen we het verhaal van Kwekerij Piet Vijverberg; van onze oorsprong tot waar we vandaag de dag staan.

Walk through the Dracaena and you’ll see it immediately: every plant has a slightly different leaf pattern. We grow a range of varieties, each with its own character. From lighter shades to deeper greens and stronger contrasts, that variation shapes the overall look.

It allows you to easily combine different tones of green. Our Dracaena is available in two pot sizes.
