我做烘焙第4年，才慢慢接受一件事：好吃，其实不是最重要的。以前的我很执着。觉得只要做得够好吃，顾客一定会留下来。但现实不是这样。 这几年我看过太多：有些店真的很好吃，但做不久。有些没有做到“最好”，却一直有人回头。 后来我才明白——顾客留下...

我做烘焙第4年，才慢慢接受一件事：
好吃，其实不是最重要的。
以前的我很执着。
觉得只要做得够好吃，顾客一定会留下来。
但现实不是这样。

这几年我看过太多：
有些店真的很好吃，
但做不久。
有些没有做到“最好”，
却一直有人回头。

后来我才明白——
顾客留下来，从来不只是因为味道。

他们更在意的是：
🔆今天来，和上次一样稳定
🔆吃得安心（不会有负担）
🔆 可以放心买给家人

慢慢的我才懂，
我做的不是“面包”
而是一种可以被信任的日常。

现在的我
不再追求做到最厉害
而是希望有人会说：
“这家，我可以一直吃下去。”
