bout Sourdough
1) What is sourdough bread? It is known as slow-fermented bread, it does not require commercial yeast to rise. It is naturally fermented using wild yeast starter.

2) What is your 1st impression about Sourdough Bread? I believed most of you would think that sourdough bread is known for its chewy texture and with tangy/sour flavor, and is commonly eaten with your choice of condiments for breakfast or with soup. Here, Missy Sugar has successfully developed an improved version of high-quality sourdough breads by using natural ingredients to cultivate the starter to replace commercial yeast and hence turning it to variety of unique, delicious and nutritious sourdough breads. The breads are suitable for all ages for a healthier you!! Let's give it a try today!! Available on every Saturday and Sunday, do place your order in advance at least 3 days.
