The Company was established way back in 1992 by David and his wife Michelina Mercieca. David is coming from a family of bakers and so the art of bakery is ingrained in him. At inception, the company mainly produced bread for the local industry, but today it has grown into one of the leading bakeries on the Maltese archipelago. The company today boasts of a state of the art bakery, confectionery an

d gelateria. Our products can be found in all groceries, supermarkets and cafeterias dotted around Malta and Gozo and also from their shop in Gozo.
