Located in the heart of the village of Xewkija on the island of Gozo,Ta’ Saminu Bakery was founded by Massamino Rapa and his wife Δ anna back in 1963. Today, our bakery is still a small family-run bakery with a number of freshly baked bread, pies, pastries and other goods. We pride ourselves in creating only the freshest products, with local genuine ingredients.

Ham & Cheese
Tuna & Salad
Tuna & Mayo
Parma Ham

You can also pre-order the ftiras or baguettes with a variety of different fillings, which all include a choice of fresh salad or coleslaw:

Chicken
Bacon & Egg
BBQ Pork, Beef or Chicken
Club
BLT

Instead of ftira, you can also choose between in baguettes or panini.
