Celebrating the Legacy of Icoa — the Venezuelan Goddess of Water​

We draw inspiration from the rich cultural heritage of Venezuela, paying homage to the indigenous traditions and legends that have shaped our roots. Our story begins with Icoa, the revered Venezuelan goddess of water, who was worshipped by the native Indians of the Paria peninsula for her nurturing presence in their cocoa bean tree

s. It is this deep connection to nature’s bounties that ignited our passion for creating exceptional culinary experiences centered around the finest ingredients.


1997: Our humble beginnings:
In August 1997, Icoa came to life as a humble chocolate shop nestled on the second floor of Pasadora Place. We embarked on our journey, driven by the desire to share the tantalizing flavors and aromas of chocolate with our community. A year later, we relocated to George Town Waterfront, immersing ourselves in the vibrant energy of the Cayman Islands.

2005: Our significant milestone:
The year 2005 marked a significant milestone in our evolution. We found our current home at Seven Mile Shops, West Bay Road, a place where we could truly manifest our culinary vision. Over the past two decades, Icoa Fine Foods has become synonymous with excellence in dining, catering, and confectionery.​

2023: Our continued success:
Today, we take immense pride in offering an array of services that cater to every palate. Whether it's a hearty breakfast, a delectable lunch, or an unforgettable Sunday brunch, our team of culinary experts crafts dishes that blend Asian and continental flavors to perfection. With a wealth of experience and expertise, we have earned the trust of our loyal patrons and established ourselves as a culinary institution.
