📢 A Little Bakery Break! 🍩♥️

Dear valued customers,

Please note that our bakery will be closed from September 9–13 as our hardworking team takes a well-deserved break.

We’ll be back, refreshed and ready to serve you, when we resume normal operations on September 16.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Introducing ‘On Island Time’ — our first signature white-label coffee. Crafted for slow mornings, long conversations and the moments you never want to rush.

Think golden hour, fresh coffee, handcrafted doughnuts, and a soundtrack of R&B, soul and throwback classics mixed live by DJ Craig as the sun goes down. Our new coffee will be available for purchase so you can have a bit of Scratch at home!

No rushing. No schedules. No pressure.

Just good coffee, good music and good people.

Whether you’re coming to discover your new favourite brew, meet friends after work or simply unwind before the weekend...this night is for you. Come pass through, grab some coffee, a slice of cheesecake and stay a little while.

A quick reference of our hours just in case! As a reminder, our doughnuts are made fresh, by hand, daily so when we sell out - they’re gone for the day. We’ll always do our best to update in our stories whenever we do sell out! (Hours are indicative of sell out status - closing time/whichever comes first)

When in doubt call us at 746-1730 ☎️ to check on quantity status. You can always place a preorder online to ensure you don’t miss out! 📦 thank you for making us Cayman’s favourite doughnut shop ♥️
