Some creations begin with an ingredient.
This one began with someone I love.

Named after my daughter Greta, who adores figs, this pastry was created especially for her.

Crisp laminated pastry filled with caramelized figs, topped with silky white chocolate cream, fig-leaf oil, and dried fig-leaf powder.

DACHA a little taste of home 🌲

On September 20th, Signor Lievito becomes DACHA for a day.

Every summer when I’m at our dacha, my mum makes sirniki & blinchiki for us. It’s such a simple thing, but one of those traditions that instantly makes me feel at home.

This time, I’m bringing that little tradition to Milan.

Together with my team, we’ll be making sirniki & blinchiki for you, sharing a little piece of my childhood and the feeling of being at the dacha.
