Located in the Mongolfiera Shopping Gallery in Taranto, Dedicato combines warm tones, refined materials, and a contemporary aesthetic to create a welcoming bakery experience.

CIAM developed the display and refrigeration solutions alongside bespoke furnishing elements. The 6040 display cases, with heated and refrigerated configurations, enhance product presentation, while the Standard Line counters ensure visual continuity and operational efficiency. Laminam Nero Assoluto surfaces complete the project with a bold, sophisticated touch.
