The best marketing strategy? The good old-fashioned "word of mouth".
Yes, social media gives you visibility. It gets you seen, discovered and sometimes even makes the algorithm notice you exist!
But nothing - absolutely NOTHING - beats a happy customer talking about you to someone they love.

And this Rakhi was proof.
I didn’t really market the hampers. No fancy campaigns. No relentless reminders. No aggressive promotions. Yet, the orders came in organically.

My little bakery room isn't fancy. There are no glossy walls or no picture-perfect production line. What it does have is the comforting aroma of fresh bakes, shelves filled with carefully chosen ingredients, equipment that has grown with my business over the years and countless hours of learning, experimenting and pouring my heart into every order. And in all honesty, it has been very fulfilling!
However, over the years, I've missed out on opportunities for reasons that had nothing to do with my products.

"Your Instagram following isn't big enough."
"Your setup is too simple."
"You work from home?"

And my answer has always been the same! You may choose not to work with me and that's completely okay. But my passion, commitment and the quality of my work will never be defined by the size of my kitchen or my follower count.

So, if you're choosing a gifting partner this festive season, I hope you'll look beyond follower counts and fancy kitchens.
Look at the quality. Look at the consistency. Look at the intention.
