What started as a simple “Day In The Life” series somehow turned into missed cues, background commentary nobody asked for, random dance breaks, “one last shot” repeated 47 times, and complete chaos behind the camera.

But honestly, that’s probably the best representation of who we are.

Bunco has never been about looking perfect. It’s loud, messy, funny, slightly dramatic, and full of people who genuinely love what they do. And we think the food reflects that too. Because when chefs are given freedom to enjoy what they create, it turns into something special.

So this BTS/bloopers reel might actually be the real Day In The Life.

Also, we lucked out finding , someone who cares about what he does just as much as we do. His patience and persistence while keeping everything cinematic was honestly impressive.

Days like these remind us of what Bunco is really about.

Not just what’s on the plate, but everything around it. The people, the chaos, the energy and the lil’ in-between moments.
