✨ Introducing our new cake: PATAGONIA✨

Inspired by the breathtaking beauty of Patagonia, in the south of Argentina — one of my favourite places in the world. A little tribute to a place that holds a special place in my heart, through a combination of flavours that remind me of its unique landscape.

A cocoa sablée base, a red berry reduction, a chocolate and dulce de leche ganache, finished with a silky cocoa chantilly.

Elegant, rich and beautifully creamy, with a perfect balance of chocolate and berries. A cake made for those cosy autumn days. 🍂
