The Bretzel Bakery is Dublin's favourite bakery since 1870. We bake the city's finest, freshest, award winning breads and pastries every day. We pride ourself on 150 years of tradition, experimentation, quality, passion, long fermentation knowledge, culture and community presence. The purpose of the Bretzel Bakery is to feed, nourish, delight and grow baking and Dublin culture as we deliver an outstanding product that leaves everyone wanting more.
