Midlands based artisan bakery baking real breads and baked goods, selling in various locations around

Mueller and O’Connell Bakery was set up to bring artisan bread and baked goods to the local market. All of our breads are baked fresh on day of sale using only natural ingredients and without any artificial additives. Our selection includes a variety of sourdough breads, long fermented yeast breads and other baked goodies. Available at;
• Abbeyleix Bakery: Tuesday to Saturday, 8am to 4pm.
• Brown

s Fruit and Veg, Portlaoise: Friday from 10am. Tullamore Food Fayre, Kilcrutten Business Park: Saturday from 10am.

Wishing our wonderful Georgie every success as she begins an exciting new chapter abroad! ✈️🌍

Georgie has been part of our bakery family since she was just 15, and her enthusiasm, hard work and passion have always been noticed and appreciated by us all.

We’ll miss you, Georgie, but we’re so excited to see where this next adventure takes you! 🥐💛
