How to Crumb Coat your cakesā¬‡ļø
1. Soften a small bowl of buttercream in the microwave for 5-10 seconds
2. Seal the bottom of the cake to prevent ā€œfloatingā€ (ganache going under the cake and lifting it off the base)
3. Warm up a scraper under hot water to scrape smooth

Side note: ALWAYS refrigerate the cake after crumb-coating before filling the form
