We’re looking for a junior baker to join the Monokeros team
for the festive season, with the possibility of staying on afterwards.

You’ll need to work well with others, stay organised
and be comfortable with the pace of a busy bakery.

Previous bakery experience and availability to start
immediately are essential.

You may know George as our head baker.
Today, we’d like to share a cause close to his heart.

After two people close to him suffered a stroke,
George decided to dedicate his participation in IRONMAN 70.3 Costa Navarino to raising funds for the Hellenic Stroke Organization.

With just a few days left to contribute,
we’re asking our bakery community to help.

A few empty plates, a pastry box, and room for more croissants.

Our new coffee loyalty card fills up one stamp at a time.
A croissant for every coffee, until you’ve collected ten.
Then your next coffee is on us.

Pick up yours at the counter. 🤎🥐

Pastéis de nata, up close.

Crisp, flaky pastry, silky custard and a caramelised top.
A little Portuguese favourite, very much at home in our bakery.
Best with a coffee. Occasionally followed by a little dance.

Oats, chia seeds and oat milk, mixed with agave syrup
and left overnight to do their thing.
Finished with blueberries and Kiss the Earth
peanut butter.

Our new overnight oats. Creamy, filling, vegan,
and ready before most of us are.

Now a regular at Monokeros.

there was always cheese pie.

Warm, flaky, wrapped in paper and ready to go
wherever you were going.
