In this workshop, we’ll explore something different. 🫜🌼🫒Together, we’ll master the art of sourdough and embrace the 72Hour rhythm of fermentation. Let your imagination guide you as you bake and decorate your focaccia with natural colours, transforming it into a living, flavourful creation.

Join us on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 10:30 AM at for a hands-on workshop led by our head creative baker, Nikos Chandolias.

Coffee, treats and plenty of sourdough talk. Join us early to chat fermentation with Nikos before we dive in and get our hands messy.
