Deep Dive Into Burgundy | Masterclass

Τα ερυθρά κρασιά της Βουργουνδίας δεν χρειάζονται συστάσεις. Αποτελούν σημείο αναφοράς για τον κόσμο του κρασιού, αποτυπώνοντας με μοναδικό τρόπο τη σχέση ανάμεσα στην ποικιλία, το terroir και τον τόπο.

Την Τετάρτη 11 Νοεμβρίου 2026, στις 19:30, υποδεχόμαστε τον Βασίλη Καραγιάννη, ιδιοκτήτη της BRIX W**es & More, για μια ξεχωριστή εξερεύνηση στον κόσμο των μεγάλων κρασιών της Βουργουνδίας.

Μέσα από μια επιλεγμένη παρουσίαση ετικετών, θα εξερευνήσουμε διαφορετικά terroirs, appellations και εκφράσεις του Pinot Noir, από το Bourgogne Côte d’Or μέχρι τα σπουδαία Premier Cru και Grand Cru αμπελοτόπια.

Τα κρασιά του Place of Changing Winds αποτυπώνουν με ξεχωριστό τρόπο τον χαρακτήρα του αυστραλιανού terroir, αναδεικνύοντας τη σχέση ανάμεσα στο κλίμα, το υψόμετρο και την πολυπλοκότητα των ποικιλιών.
