Away with work this week, pushed for time but wanted to leave my daughter with her bread. So broke all the rules, ignored the process, didn’t refrigerate and this morning turned out the best soft white tin loaf i have ever made! 🤩

Last four loaves. It’s been a tricky few weeks with kitchen temps so I’m fairly happy with the consistency.
