Early Tuesday bake done. Little cooler in the kitchen the week, so proving times extended slightly.

Lovely batch ‘led out’ by the soft white tin loaf and well worth the early start.

Again no time for fridge prove, so straight from worktop to oven! Little crumb reveal for ciabatta… which is nice. 👌
