Like many cake decorators, it all started when I made my daughters first birthday cake. But baking & catering is in my genes. My Grandad was a baker in a very traditional bakery in Leicester, my Nanna was a caterer, my Great Auntie was a very fine celebration cake decorator. I’ve baked with my Mum for as long as I can remember & when we went on a cupcake decorating course together, I was hooked. I

n 2020, 8 years later I decided to start up my own business doing what I love. In early 2021 I also started my sister business - Strictly Cake Craft, creating card toppers & printing edible images for other cake makers. Message me to discuss your requirements. I look forward to hearing from you!

It’s Thursday again, time for another throwback. This time to a hiking themed cake. The specifically requested elements for this cake were a combination of hand made fondant icing decorations & edible prints. A truly bespoke cake!

Some cakes call for more detail than others. That’s up to you! Whether you prefer a simple, less is more cake, or a cake with lots of hand made detail, I will do my best to create the right cake or cupcakes for you.

I have just a few spaces left in March, April & May & I take a limited number of orders, so get in touch to discuss your cake requirements. I cannot accommodate last minute orders unfortunately.
