​I had the absolute pleasure of creating this cake design for Kim’s milestone 60th birthday, Made with delicate, hand-crafted pink cherry blossom branches and finished with elegant gold script, it’s almost too pretty to cut 🥰🥰 !

​But the real surprise is on the inside—this beauty is a rich, flavour packed Mocktail Rum Fruit Cake!

One of my favourite things about being a baker is bringing unique visions to life. 🎨 This week, I had the pleasure of creating a 50th birthday centerpiece for Carl 🦏✨

​Underneath this safari-inspired design is my signature Chocolate Fudge Cake—rich, moist, and perfect for a milestone celebration.

I had so much fun detailing the "mossy" terrain and rocky landscape to make this rhino feel right at home. 🌿🪨
