Made a 3 layer chocolate sponge and 2 layer Vanilla Sponge. Chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream and melted chocolate spread in between layers. Vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.

I have to admit the number of time I don’t take pictures of my bake’s. This one was made for my lovely niece Mahika’s 5th birthday. Simple vanilla bean sponge with vanilla buttercream.
