A recent family order for a wedding cake to celebrate my mother in laws cousins wedding, which they had in America. The family wanted to celebrate with a special cake as they were unable to go to the wedding in person.
This cake is a semi-naked dairy free apple crumble cake, with a spiced frosting and a classic Victoria with raspberry jam. Finished with fresh flowers in pinks, cream & a touch of blue.

So today is my birthday, and this year, my girls thought I should make a toy story themed cake. So here it is. The bottom cake is a sticky ginger cake with spiced rum marmalade buttercream, and the top cake is a chocolate cake with peanut buttercream. Everyone enjoyed the cake, and I am blessed to have such wonderful family around me to celebrate.
