Here in the Trew Indulgence kitchen, we decided to have a go at the viral dot cakes. For those who haven't heard these are vanilla sponges, covered with vanilla buttercream and finished with sprinkles. We decided to add some raspberry jam in the middle of the cakes, but they can be made with or without jam.
These are currently available to order at £3.50 each
