Incredibly buttery cruffin layers filled with rich chocolate creme patissière, sour cherry puree and finished with light vanilla whipped cream and dark chocolate biscuits crumb.

Oat vanilla custard, spiced apple compote, oat crumble.
Raspberry and passion fruit cruffin:
Homemade raspberry jam, passion fruit marshmallow.
Milk Chocolate macademia praline bun:
Chocolate fudge sponge, Macadamia praline, milk chocolate mousse.
Strawberry and cream cruffin:
Vanilla creme patissiere, strawberry gel, white chocolate chantilly.
Lemon meringue cruffin:
Lemon curd, burnt swiss meringue.
