Caked In Glitter

I love the over look of these cupcake flower bouquets but my god they are an effort to assemble and packaged 🤣🤣. The baking and piping it’s the easy part. Getting the box to fold correctly, tissue paper to line as I want and weigh down the base is the tricky part.
But they do make great gifts for people so I continue to create them. 🤭🫶🏻

Well when I get asked to create a cake for a former butcher, a guy who loves bbqs and woodwork, how could I not come up with a foodie theme on a wooden butchers block with fire around the sides.
Fondant decorations including, salami sausage, Billy’s pie, ribeye steak, bbq chicken drumstick, a block of cheese and of course a nice shiny meat knife. 🤣
I think I hit the brief and definitely had fun making all those toppers.

Now here’s a cool way to celebrate 30’s. Not an easy design to achieve and I don’t like to use black buttercream as it’s terrible for staining fingers, mouth and teeth for a short while. But this looked great.

Similar to yesterday’s cake but again slightly different yet still as beautiful.

It feels like soft green and pinks are the latest design trend. I have 4 orders within just a few weeks of each other. All of course turns out slightly different as I like to mix up my designs and not send out the same cake twice.

Who doesn’t love a joint birthday celebration. This was a 7th and 70th collaboration with a mix of LOL Dolls, unicorns and then flowers for the 70th. Lots of colour, lots of fun 🤗
