Pictures don’t do this cake justice. Everything I do can be customised…So when I was asked if I could make a ‘book cake’ to the theme of the novel ‘Six of Crows’ of course I accepted the challenge! I love making book cakes and doing something personal for someone and going that extra mile can make someone’s birthday really special. This cake is carrot cake with a cream cheese filling…and I’m reliably informed the birthday girl loved the cake!
