⚠️A quick update for all customers!!⚠️
Up until now I haven’t asked for deposits/payments upfront for any orders, but unfortunately due to a number of last-minute cancellations recently, I’ll now be introducing a non-refundable deposit to secure orders
When I accept an order, I need to purchase ingredients, packaging, decorations and other supplies specifically for that order so when an order is cancelled after these purchases have been made, it leaves me out of pocket and can mean both my time and money have been wasted
As a small business, deposits help cover the costs and preparation that go into every order and allow me to continue providing the best service possible
Going forward:
• Smaller orders (such as brownie boxes and cupcakes) will require a 25% non-refundable deposit
• Larger orders and celebration cakes will require a 50% non-refundable deposit
Orders will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received
