My traditional Christmas fruit cakes are baked at the end of September, giving them plenty of time to mature beautifully before Christmas. They are then fed weekly with lashings of rum, covered in marzipan and finished with royal icing. This year you’ll have 2 designs to choose from! 🎄🎅🏻
