The shed is full of green today! 🎃🌱 Our pumpkin seedlings have officially arrived and are ready for planting.
Growing pumpkins in durham means we have to do things a bit differently. If we planted seeds straight into the fields, they wouldn’t survive the early spring frosts. Instead, we buy the seeds and send them off to a professional propagator to grow into these healthy seedlings first. 🏡✨
Now they're back and ready to go into the ground. Keep an eye out for the tractors in the fields this week! 🚜

Tweddle Farm Bank Holiday fun with a foam party to finish the day 🎉

If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, this is somewhere we love 👇

We’ve been going to Tweddle Farm for years and it’s one of those places our kids never get bored of. This Bank Holiday they’ve got loads going on, all included within your standard entry price 🙌

Tractor rides and football golf to animal handling, play parks and plenty to keep them busy all day…

There’s a foam party at the end of each day too 🎉
(If you do go make sure to take a change of clothes and a towel for the journey home… you’ll need it 😅)

📆 Taking place from Saturday 2nd May to Monday 4th May
🕙 Open from 10am – 5pm (last admission 3pm)
