Behind the scenes …when people look at the costs of cakes and say supermarket cakes are cheaper . Yes they are and they are a great alternative if you are on a budget.
When you put your trust in me you can be assured I’m not just slapping ingredients into a tin and hoping for the best . The ingredients of cake is measured to perfection after so much trial and error for the deepest & softest sponge . All the techniques I’ve learnt along the way create the most level sponges to minimise the waste , giving you what you are paying for . Each sponge is exactly the same , meaning you get the cleanest looking cake inside . Timings are down to the last second , meaning no burnt edges.
When you order a cake from me you get the upmost care and attention to detail , the decorating is to your specification making it a personal experience.
