Who says you need dairy and eggs to make a seriously indulgent brownie?! 👀🤎

This week's Treat Tuesday is all about my Vegan Salted Caramel Brownie — and trust me, there's definitely no missing out on the good stuff here! 😂

A rich, fudgy brownie packed with chunks of Galaxy Vegan Salted Caramel chocolate, topped with even more Galaxy pieces and finished with a drizzle of dark chocolate. 😍

Whether you're vegan or just someone who appreciates a really good brownie, this one's definitely worth a try!

🍒 TREAT TUESDAY — CHERRY BAKEWELL COOKIE DOUGH ROLL 🍒

Well… I think this one has made its feelings about becoming a regular on the menu pretty clear. 😂

The Cherry Bakewell Cookie Dough Roll was the FIRST thing to sell out at my last stall — you lot absolutely demolished it! 👀

Soft vanilla cookie dough, fruity cherry running through the middle, plenty of white chocolate, then finished with even more white chocolate, cherries and fruity pieces on top. Basically, if you like Cherry Bakewell, this is a very dangerous slice to be around. 🍒🤍

I had a feeling this flavour might be a good one, but I wasn’t expecting it to disappear quite that quickly!

So, message received loud and clear… Cherry Bakewell is staying. 😂🙌

And if you see it sitting on the stall next time, you’ve been warned: this is definitely NOT a “I’ll come back for one later” situation. Grab your slice before someone else does! 👀🍒

October is here, so I think we can officially embrace all things Halloween! 🖤

My Halloween Mini Cookie Dough Rolls are available to pre-order — whether you fancy handing out something a little different to your trick-or-treaters, you’re putting together a Halloween party spread, or you just want a box to enjoy at home. 👀

🍫 TREAT TUESDAY — ROLO BROWNIES 🍫

Okay, I think I’ve finally decided how my Rolo Brownies are meant to be finished… and apparently you lot approve. 😂

These were a very close second to sell out at Sunday’s Card Show, only just beaten by the Cherry Bakewell Cookie Dough Rolls!

I’ve played around with how to finish these for a while, but this time I went for a thick layer of caramel, extra Rolos and a drizzle of milk chocolate over my fudgy Rolo brownie.

And god, did they get some attention on the stall. 👀🤎

So I think we can safely say this version is staying!

If you see Rolo Brownies on the menu at my next stall, my advice is… don’t do the “I’ll come back for one later” thing. 😂 Come and find Frosted Sky Cakes and grab yours while they’re still there!

✨ NEW TREAT #2… and this one is seriously indulgent 🤎 ✨

Meet my new Cinnamon Swirl Cookie Dough Roll 🤤

Soft, buttery vanilla cookie dough, packed with chunks of white chocolate and wrapped around a rich, sweet cinnamon swirl running right through the centre.

And what you see here isn't even the finished version… 👀

Each slice will be topped with a generous cream cheese drizzle, giving you that cinnamon-roll-inspired combination of creamy, sweet and spiced in every bite. 🤎

These will be making their debut at the Sandy Card Show this Sunday, alongside my new Blackberry Cheesecake Stuffed Cookies.
