Thought I’d pop on here and say Hi! It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted anything! I think like most people life has got busy and never seems to be enough time in the day! Anyway I thought I’d do some baking this afternoon- a favourite! Chocolate Brownies! Although I think if I don’t bake my husband a Carrot cake soon he might just divorce me! 🤣🤣

Wow what a day! Went to the Cake International show at the NEC Birmingham today! Been a few years since I last went so was good to go back and see what’s been happening and new of course! Some amazing talent!!

Haven’t done this in a long time! Literally just got in from work and wanted to bake! So throwing a batch of Shortbread biscuits together! Just like the old times when I used to bake for Madhatters Pottery Cafe! 🙂

Hi Everyone! Hopefully those of you who have children the summer holidays are going well and not too stressful with trying to keep everyone entertained!! So I have some good news to share and looking forward to getting some feedback! I’ve recently been given the go ahead by WBC to start baking again!! I’m not going to lie as I’m in two minds whether to do it or not! Whilst I enjoyed doing the cakes my concerns are how many people do this now and especially how many little businesses have sprung up over Covid/lockdown offering various products! Also looking at how costs /ingredients have increased are people prepared to pay? It would be interesting to see what people say and what they would like to see more of-available. Hey everyone! Been a long time posting on here! Hope you are all keeping well in these crazy times! So been a long time but back in the kitchen today! My daughter asked if I could do a box of cupcakes for her teacher whom is leaving tomorrow to go on maternity leave! My daughter will also be leaving in 3 weeks as heading on to the next big stage in her life- Secondary School!! So will post photos when all finished
